Individual use: This service is to be used for a single person per account. Users are not to share their accounts with any other person. All the CVs created under a particular account, although they may vary greatly in the information they contain, are to be CVs for the same person. The creation of CVs with dissimilar names or other incompatible information may be taken as prima facie evidence of violation of this condition.
Limitations: Accounts are, for all practical circumstances, unlimited. However, as nothing is truly unlimited, it is best to establish some limits, just in case: Publication lists are limited to 2,000 entries; A maximum of 100 CVs are permitted; No CV may contain more than 100 sections; The total amount of text on any one CV shall not exceed 200,000 characters; No user may generate more than 500 CVs in an one 24-hour period. These limits may be changed at any time without notice.
Indemnity: This service is not suitable for any purpose, and no guarantees are made by the owners and operators of any kind. The user shall hold the owners and operators blameless for any harm, loss, or damage that may result from the use of this service. No exception is to be made for reasonable expectations on the part of the user, who is expressly warned not to harbor any expectations at all, reasonable or otherwise.
Refunds: No refunds for payments for any term of service will be made under any circumstances. These circumstances are to include service outages, faulty operation, lack of fitness of the product or the service for any purpose, purported loss of data, or any other reason whatsoever. The user agrees never to request a refund under any circumstances.
Account credentials: The user is responsible for safeguarding his or her password and username. The owner/operator of this website can not recover a lost password, and will not, under any circumstances, assist any user in resetting a password or recovering data. An optional automated system is provided for resetting a lost password; no assistance is available beyond this system. Any loss of control or breach of privacy resulting from the user’s failure to choose a secure password is solely the responsibility of the user.
Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel, without notice or refund, the account of any user who violates any of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
